Patricia Mulligan, President, RN, BSN, MS
Patricia Mulligan has more than thirty years of experience managing home care staffing agencies, consulting, and hospital nursing. This experience gave her the inspiration to start her own medical, dental, and home care staffing agency, Allied Professionals, Inc., in 1989. Her goal has always been to become the best employer possible by providing experienced healthcare professionals with flexible work opportunities at competitive pay rates and traditional benefits. This enables API to work with clients throughout the Twin Cities healthcare community as a partner committed to providing uninterrupted, exceptional patient care.
Suzi Shuman, Chief Operating Officer
Suzi joined Allied Professionals, Inc. in 1991, and with her experience spanning over 35 years in the medical and dental staffing industry, Suzi has emerged as a trailblazer and seasonal leader. As the Chief Operating Officer of Allied Professionals, Inc., Suzi spearheads strategic initiatives, Operational excellence, and client relations with unparalleled dedication and expertise.
Beyond her role as COO, Suzi is actively involved in shaping industry standards and practices. She holds valued leadership positions on multiple industry boards, where she contributes her expertise to foster collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.
In her time away from API, she is an avid supporter of various health-related causes and volunteers her time by speaking on their behalf.
