Patricia Mulligan has more than thirty years of experience managing home care staffing agencies, consulting, and hospital nursing. This experience gave her the inspiration to start her own medical, dental, and home care staffing agency, Allied Professionals, Inc., in 1989. Her goal has always been to become the best employer possible by providing experienced healthcare professionals with flexible work opportunities at competitive pay rates and traditional benefits.
